Too long...my apologizes.

Hi, I'm sorry for not posting after vacation...things got a little busy and I just simply don't really want to post sometimes...I'm too lazy sometimes. :P But that needs to change soon. Vacation was a lot of fun- I'm thankful I got to spend time with my relatives, relax and just having fun. Some pics will come up soon maybe in my next post or the post after...lol. I went to deaf camp for a week in August, and my dad started a new job. Summer was fun but went by too fast. Right now there's almost always something going on every day- Wednesdays will soon be the busiest for me. :P How is everyone doing?? on vacation...

thank you for praying for me!! packing went alright. got to vacation with my aunt without problems. having fun so far but its not the same without my family. so far ive gone on a kayaking trip with my relatives...relaxed n swimmed yesterday and this morning went on a hike to see waterfall (which was beautiful-will post pics when i get home.) with my aunt and 2 cousins. now im just relaxing n will go swimming soon. i tried to update my blog thru my phone on the trip-no success. thankfully my aunt is letting me use her tablet to check my email and some stuff. just wanted to post a quick update. till next time, Hannah

A Little stressed out...

Hi, this is short...just wanna say- please pray for me. (thanks in advance) i only have 1 day to pack for vacation before thurs...and I don't feel like i can get everything done. I sure sometimes wish I know ahead what would happen. I assumed that B and I would be working on thurs and fri for my aunt then on sat i'm going over to my aunts again for another overnight stay then go to vacation with her. then she asked me if i'd rather stay all 3 nights instead of going home on fri. so it might work out depending on if i can get packed completely or not. :-/ I just don't feel well prepared. time is going by fast. I'm looking forward to vacation but I wish I'm not feeling so stressed right now. I plan/hope to go shopping for some supplies i need for vacation tonight before my WW meeting and then I'm going to my grandparents for a fish fry with my family. Kinda wish i can stay home on the 4th to just focus on packing and do some cleaning but idk. =/ What are your plans for the 4th of July? HAPPY (early) 4TH OF JULY!!!!!!!! Trusting God...

I have a bad habit- I worry sometimes too much. But now I'm starting to realize that no matter how much I worry, it doesn't change a thing and God is ALWAYS in control, no matter what is happening today!! I'm really thankful about that. I'm trying to now take more pictures outdoors esp since I have a new camera. I'm trying to make it a habit since I enjoy taking pics :) just never really bother to try to do new things. I'm trying to learn to trust God more and more and just relax, and let things go the way He wants them to go. I feel like I need to know ahead and plan ahead all the time but now I'm starting to realize it doesnt really matter what happens since GOD already knows what will happen. WE don't. Only what we plan to do. I had work today- B didn't come with me this time he already promised to work with Dad today so it felt weird working myself. I'm glad/thankful for some work esp with vacation coming up. I'm trying to budget but it's HARD!! But now I'm trying to remind myself that I need to save up some money for vacation. I sometimes freak out too much if I don't have enough saved up for something but it will always work out, God willing. Weekend/Fathers day

Hi all! How was everyone's weekend?? What did you do to celebrate Fathers day? Since part of the family is gone camping only B, Dad and I were the ones home. We went to church together, went out for lunch, and then went to the golf range to do some golfing- it was my first time doing the real thing...I'm used to mini golf so it feels weird. I need to practice lots before I feel good about golfing :P lol Then we watched some N.C.I.S with dinner :) B made hamburgers and fries. Pretty good but I now know I like oven baked fries better than frying because i know its kinda good but not that healthy. :P Today I'm hoping/planning to do some cleaning for reals in my room and hopefully cut some grass if the lawn mower will cooperate with me...lol :P i didn't get to finish up what I started last week when it won't start up. IDK why. This week is going to be kinda busy again but also I totally can't wait for Friday to come because the missing members of the family will be back home!! I miss them. Even tho it was nice to have a quiet house for almost 2 weeks and just less dishes and food to cook, I still miss them and can't wait for them to be back. I can't wait for July 7th/8th to come!! I can't really say why till close to it...sorry. Well I'll try to post some pics in my next post. Right now IDK what pics u guys want/like to see. Till next time, Hannah

current events and conference

Hi! Here's the last 2 pics of stuff I brought from rummage/garage sales...sorry this took me long. The first one is just a pic I took at a park. Anyways...life is all right so far- this past weekend had been crazy...my family and I went to a home school conference and it was a lot of fun. I learned a lot. And got to meet a blogger- Madeline. She's really nice and sweet :) I'm bummed out I didn't get to talk to her very long but it was nice to finally meet her since I really enjoy reading her blog- http://www.flameinthedarkness.com i recommend that you should check it out! :) Anyways...I also got to hear some of the Dug.gar girls! I got to meet Jana and Jill Du.ggar later and got a book signed and pics. They're really sweet! Jill even knows some signs :D I'm a BIG fan of them!! lol. the speakers at the conference were really good and I'm looking forward to going again next year! i wonder who will be speaking next year?!? :) Well...besides the conference I've been doing alright just keeping myself busy-right now I'm cutting the lawn since our grass is tall! only have one more part to go which I'll be doing tomorrow, hopefully. I'm TRYING to finish up math to graduate but I'm not trying hard enough. Need prayers please! i really want to be finished. My family is doing great- busy as always. Some are gone right now at a camp and it feels weird around here with only like half of the family gone. I kinda miss them but I hope they're learning a lot and having fun. Well I better get going! Flowers, rummaging, oh my! ;)

Hi all! Yup...another post in less than a month. :P Rachel- yes I tried entering a couple of times- doesn't seem to work... Gretchen- aww thank you very much!! Sweet of ya. :D So...I'm doing alright so far- my week was kinda crazy but fun too. My sisters and I went rummaging with some girlfriends last Friday and it was a lot of fun. We got to know our Bible Study teacher more (she came along- one of the girlfriends) and she invited us over for "tea" after rummaging and so we did and just talked for quite a while. it was really fun and nice. :) I got a couple of things and here's pics of them...

There's about 2 more items and some flower pics that I want to post but I'm having problems posting the rest so I'll have to save the rest of pics for another post hopefully soon... anyways, for all 10(?) items I only paid about $7!! :D I LOVE rummage/garage sales!! Some of the items were only 50 cents. :D Then after rummaging and tea with my sisters and girlfriends, my sisters and i ran some errands- M and L dropped me off at Good.will and I looked around and found/brought some shirts, books and a LOTR game (which is first time for me to buy something LOTR-related) :D Saturday was pretty relaxing- did pretty much nothing just relaxed then in the afternoon my family went to a graduation party and I got to see a good friend, Rachel which I've not seen for quite a long time. Then today church was pretty good- and I got to see another friend that I've not been able to talk with the past 2 weeks so it was nice to catch up with her :) What are your plans for tomorrow? What did you do to celebrate Memorial day weekend? Tomorrow not much for me- probably cleaning/organizing and then going to our church picnic with my siblings or family. Well...ciao for now! Bible Study is over for summer :(

Hi all! Wow another post in less than a month?? ;)Shocking, I know... First of all, Thank you to those who commented on my last post. Appreciate them :) Rachel- thank you for the offer! I'll let you know when I'm ready for a new look! :) Gretchen- aww thank you very much. That's really kind of you. :) Well my sisters and I went to Bible Study this morning and it was good as always. But now it's over for the summer and won't start up again till September :( It's kinda nice to have more time to do other activities but I really enjoy Bible Study. Now basically my weeks are now not as busy as they used to be since GNC, Bible Study and school classes are now over for the summer. I still have to finish up some Chemistry and finish Math then I'm a GRADUATE!!! :D I'm working on looking/applying for a job but I'm unsure where to look right now. I feel like I should wait since there's plenty going on this summer but I kinda need a job if I plan to buy some stuff and help contribute for family vacation in July. I can still work for my aunt but right now I'm kinda ready for a change esp since I can kinda now work full time when I'm a graduate. But I plan to take some college classes this fall, God willing. Anyways...this week is kinda busy but not as busy as I'm used to. :) I'm trying to get my room organized this week esp since having too much stuff and mess is driving me CrAzY!!! :P LOL. I'm planning to try to take more pictures since I got a new camera. I might post some here sometimes to make my blog more interesting but who knows... Last Thursday my siblings (except for Leah) went to a park to meet my cousins for a hike. It was fun but tiring at the end...then we had a picnic lunch. Relaxed for a while and just talked. Then my aunt decided to go on another hike but a shorter one so we all went. It was a good day :) But my siblings and I were kinda tired and sore from GNC carnival last Wednesday. My family went to my cousins birthday party this past Saturday at a park and it was nice to see my cousins esp since the birthday girl is going to be gone for most of the summer :( won't get to see her often. There was a lake so I went down to look around, relax and I took lots of pics...here's some, in fact...(I LOVE my new digital camera! I'm still learning how to use it :D)

I don't know what to post as a title...

Hi all, So much for updating more often. :P School is almost over for me...YAY!! So can't wait to graduate. :D Just need to finish up chemistry, math and reading then I'm pretty much done. :D Life is good so far- but lately I've not been doing good...I feel very down a couple of times. But I'm doing alright. Not much to say...oh my sisters are pretty busy getting stuff ready for GNC carnival :D I'm looking forward to helping out and it's always fun but kinda sad that after the carnival no more GNC till fall. :-/ But I'm glad to have a break...to be able to have more days to work if needed, and I'm hoping/praying to find another job, God willing after I graduate. I finally got to go shopping for the prizes for GNC carnival with my sisters and a friend 2 days ago and it was a lot of fun. We went to Wor.ld Mar.ket which I've never been to before. I really like the store and I definitely plan to go there more just to look around and maybe buy something :) Yesterday was a pretty much lazy day...i read some books and cleaned a little. And watched The Incredible Hulk with my dad and brothers last night...I now finally watched most of the Marvel movies and now am ready to watch The Avengers :D Anyone going to watch it or have seen any of the Marvel comic movies before? There are so many new movies that I really want to watch and hoping to sometime...like October Baby, The Vow, and I can't remember more right now but I'm sure there are others. Today is okay so far...I stayed home instead of going to church. It's now hard to go every year for Mothers Day so I now don't really want to go. Still Alive

Hi all,

Yup I'm still alive.
This is just short- just to let y'all know that I've not forgotten about my blog. Just don't have much to update and right now I'm going thru a hard time. Don't really want to talk about it here in public so just wanna say that I need some prayers.

I'm doing okay with school and losing weight but not major changes yet BUT i'm hoping it will improve soon.

A real post with *maybe* some pics will come up soon, hopefully by end of Feb or March.

I just moved some things around in my room and it looks different :) still need to clean up the rest of the mess then hopefully it looks better.
I'm still behind in chemistry, which stinks. It's interesting so far to me but I still can't understand some problems and stuff like that.

I've been going to church w/ my family almost every Sunday so far and I'm enjoying the sermons. But I'm missing my friends at the other church- more fellowship. :(

Ben had the chicken pox 1-2 weeks ago and just recovered from it last weekend and NOW Sam has it. Which is just great. :P For us girls, no signs yet. Hopefully will not happen. I don't want us to get it before next week because my family was planning to go skiing w/ friends next weekend. But we'll see how Sam is doing by then.
I have a cold and cough- it's bothering me a lot. I'm really tired of coughing a lot. :P

Well IDK what else to talk about for now so...hope this didn't make you fall asleep. LOL

Gretchen- thank you for your comment on my last post! I totally agree with you- getting closer to God is more important. I'm TRYING to read my Bible every day but lately I've not been doing it :*( that needs to change soon!

Not much to update since my last post.
This week I'm able to get off work so I could focus on school. So far it's going ok- still need to catch up in Math and Chemistry then I'm good :)

Right now I've been feeling down lately but I don't really want to explain why. But I need prayers. Right now I just started reading "Joyfully at Home" by Jasmine Baucham. So far it's good. But I just started today, lol :) I'm planning to try to start reading more real good books this year instead of romance, mystery, etc...the normal stuff you know? Especially since I have plenty of the Ludys' books I got/brought. And I just got the 100 thousand gifts (or something like that) from M, my sister for Christmas :)

Trying to lose weight- not going well. But I'm determined to TRY to get up tomorrow morning and get out of bed and workout for a while.

Not much exciting has happened besides the normal stuff- Bible Study on Tuesdays, Good News Club on Wednesdays, class on Thursday nights, Chemistry on Fridays, and in between either working or school, or normal stuff.

Sorry I'm not good at posting. Hopefully I'll improve and hopefully sometimes some of my posts will have pictures in them :)

Also- I'm willing to do a Q & A post if y'all wanna ask me questions please leave me a comment!

Rachel- thanks for your comment on my last post :)

So far the past 2 days have been o.k...not the best but not the worst either.
I'm trying to read my Bible daily and so good so far. Also trying to write in my journal- it's kinda hard but I'm trying to make it a habit.
I'm getting caught up in some of my school :D
I've gotten *some* exercise so far- walked around the library today, and 2 days ago plenty of walking at my aunt's house.
I'm hoping to get back in the habit of working out but we'll see if that works.
I'm trying to finish tying warp on the loom that I have on right now for a scarf...hopefully I can get it finished this month and maybe start another project next month.
Good News Club starts again tmw and I'm going to make treats- which I hopefully won't eat too much at GNC :P
Chemistry starts again on Friday...ugh :P I'm not completely caught up in that right now.

I'm sad that Christmas is over :(
I think it's ironic that it snowed on the first day of 2012. And we didn't get snow for Christmas. :P

Well i better get going!

Tomorrow is the last day of 2011...

Hi all,

Yikes...as the title says, tmw is the last day of 2011. I can't believe it!!! The year sure went by fast.
What are you planning to do to celebrate in the new Year tmw night?? :) i'm staying home w/ mi family...and we're prolly going to watch movies and *hopefully* eat junk food ;) lol.

I had a lot of fun w/ my cousins 2 days ago- my siblings had a game night which I only participated in for a bit but I mostly stayed in my room. Most of the guests didn't leave till around 1 O_o my cousins stayed overnight so after the others left, we (my cousins, L, B and I) ended up watching Mont.e Car.lo (which was good, I liked it.) and didn't go to bed till like after 3:30...yup we were up pretty late :D But it was fun! we slept in till like 10. my cousins and I were like very tired and totally out of it. lol. We went for a walk after brunch to the lake. It was a beautiful day and I'm glad that we got to go for a walk which was my cousin's idea. it was good exercise and fun.

This year has been a pretty good and for the first time, really busy this past spring-now. I normally wasn't that busy. But I guess since I'm getting older I get busier. LOL.

My year also has its ups and downs...

I can't really remember nor record everything.
I started working out this past spring and summer and actually lost some weight.

Some downs- I'd rather forget about it...there were 2 summer camps that I was hoping to go and saved up for but the first one i wanted to go so bad- I ended up not going because I couldn't find and get a ride. :(
and the 2nd one...i waited too long and it was too late to register.

my sisters went to a summer camp for 5-day club training and it was the first time that I was in charge for more than 1 week w/out my sisters. It was pretty weird. But we survived, thankfully. ;)

Well...I'm looking forward to a new year...especially because:

1. I plan to really start working on being healthy. But I need help to keep myself accountable and just really keep the focus on it.
2. I'm determined to FINISH and GRADUATE from high school. I've been behind too long and I wanna to be done with high school!! Esp. since I want to find another job. I don't mind working for my aunt but right now I'm ready to do something else. But we'll see if that is in God's plans.
3. I plan to save up for real, esp. because I'm determined to go to the camps and hopefully help pay for family vacation since I missed it soo much, since we didn't go this year.
4. I'm going to TRY to read God's word every day. And write in my journal. I really need to make it a habit. And try to learn more about God and get closer in my relationship w/ Him.
5. I plan to try to start weaving more often and hopefully maybe start my own business? We'll see...............
6. I'll TRY to post my blog at least once a week but it depends on how each week goes and if I can go on the computer. I can't wait to get a laptop someday. But right now I'm saving up for a new digital camera because I really need a new one!
And many more plans/goals/hopes.

Is your Christmas tree up?
YES! :D We got it last Saturday (the 10th)and decorated it. We could've gotten it sooner but everyone was busy so it didn't work out.

How about the rest of your decorations?
My siblings put up the rest of the decorations while I was at my aunt's so yes they're up too. I'm working on decorating my room too-finally got my little Christmas tree up :)

Do you have an artificial tree or a real tree?
Real, ofc!!! Fake is not as much fun and no scent. I LOVE the smell of pine tree.

Do you have any lights or decorations outside?
We used to many years ago- but no. Wish we do tho.

Do you have a favorite ornament on the tree?
Hmm...I have too many. :P Sorry I can't just pick one but one of them is a Precious Moment ornament with my birth year on it...each of us kids except for Sam had one. We didn't put them up till 1-2 years ago because before then we had cats and don't want to have them break. :-S

How many Christmas trees do you usually have up?
One (also 2-3...Sam, Maribeth and I all have our own little fake trees for our room)

What is the best Christmas present you have ever gotten?
*sigh* hard to choose...I hate choosing a favorite when there's many. Hmm....last year I think it was probably...some of the Ludys books (i think i got 2 last year?) from my sisters, portable cd player from my grandparents, Celtic Woman Songs from the Heart CD, and 1-3 years ago one of my top favorite gifts was a warp board that my cousin Tim made for me. :)

Who do you celebrate Christmas with?
Basically my mom's side of the family on Christmas Eve at my grandparents' house and friends at church, then Christmas Day just w/ my family. Then later around New Years day or before we celebrate w/ my dad's side of family.

What is your favorite Christmas song?
I don't have a favorite because there is too many... :P
Silent Night, Away in a Manager, Green the whole year 'round, Drummer Boy, White Christmas, Hark! The Herald Angels Sing (idk if i got the title right?)and MANY more!! I like basically them all.

What is your favorite Christmas food?
*sigh* I have too many favorites...I think my Grandma P's ham and her cookies...and fudge, truffles, and many others.

What is your favorite Christmas memory?
Again, I have too many. I think one of my favorites was when we used to do the Christmas play with my cousins at my grandparents' house when we were young. Now there's a new memory that I like- my Grandma G started it a couple of years ago- we do a Left and Right game. It's fun. :)
Again as i say before, there are many more but I can't list them all.

Do you have trouble falling asleep on Christmas eve?
No.

What time do you usually wake up on Christmas morning?
When it's not on a Sunday, I THINK around 8-9? Depends how late we get home from my grandparents' house.

Do you do any special traditions for Christmas?
Plenty...the Left and Right game, singing Happy Birthday to Jesus w/ a cake, and just spending time w/ my family and relatives at my grandparents' house.

On Christmas Day we always watch Christmas movies(It's a Wonderful Life, A White Christmas, The Holiday Inn, and many more I think) after opening presents and just have fun as a family. :)

Now in other news: Gretchen asked me to post pics of some of my weaving works and I said that I maybe will, so here we go!
I finally finished the rugs and finished up hemming all of them this past week. :)









The first 2 pics of the rug is for my brothers' room, the 2nd rug (3rd pic) is for the laundry room, and the 4th rug (last pic) is probably for the upstairs hall even tho we have carpet upstairs.

I can't believe it's only 6 days till Christmas!! :D What are you planning to do for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day? :)

now im working on sewing the ends of the last 2 rugs then finally start working on a Christmas present which i hope to finish before Christmas Eve.

Its December 2nd...23 days till CHRISTMAS!!

This is short... im updating from my phone, so i wont make this too long hopefully.

Im doing alright so far- school is o.k. but im behind in chemistry which is not good :P but im trying to get caught up.

every week now always have at least something going on. work, GNC, school, and sometimes fun activites.
im looking forward to tmw because im volunteering at an Winter Wonderland for deaf and hard of hearing families :) my first time to do it.
sunday- B and i r going to the other church again for service then a Christmas party afterwards. im looking forward to seein my friends again :)
then im going to my grandmas house to watch the packer game and help her decorate her Christmas tree :)

rest of week ill b busy doing school, work, shopping, and weaving. busy busy busy...

sorry this is boring and im not always interesting but oh well.
