WARNING: Kinda a down vent post...

I really need to vent out sometimes...(if anyone don't like sad and stuff like that posts then don't read any further)
i don't want to offend anyone.

Right now lately I've been feeling left out of conversations around hearing people and my family. Most of the time my family sometimes forget to sign when Ben n i are around and i hate it. before i don't care but now i'm starting to realize that it's hard being deaf.
And most of the people we're around- only few know sign language.
most of my deaf friends either live in different state or live too far, and most of the time they're busy. I rly wish i can move to where there are more deaf people around.

I'm thankful about being deaf sometimes of course but I'm human after all. I hate/love being deaf.

My siblings went to watch Courageous this afternoon w/ friends. (Courageous came out in theaters today) and i was unable to join them because it wasn't being shown w/ CC. That's one of the problems that i really dislike. Most of the time when i want to watch a movie in the theaters w/ friends or w/ my family i can't cuz they don't always have plenty of times w/ CC. Only sometimes show once.

also after they watched the movie, they had friends over to play games and i joined in playing 1 game of 4 on the Couch but it wasn't fun because my sisters keep forgetting to sign (i'm not totally mad at them tho) and i really feel left out so i just stayed in my room and did random stuff. i really wish i already have a laptop but i guess i need to work hard on losing weight (which isn't going well :P)

well i gotta go.

Busy

Hi,

Right now...all i can say is: YUP I'M STILL ALIVE!
i'm busy...busy...busy...busy...need i say more? ;)

I'm really terrible at writing/keeping my blog(s) updated...especially writing in my journal :P But i hope to improve this fall as i'm planning to try to set up a schedule for school and life in general and see how it goes. I plan to include journaling and/or my internet blog. :)

I'll try to give y'all a real post update by September but right now I'm trying to enjoy the rest of my summer especially since it's almost over. :'(

This week has been kinda less busy than i'm used to but i'm thankful to relax right now since I've been really insanely busy the past several months- fun, good and work busy. ;)

This past weekend

Hi all,
I tried to do a blog post on my phone 1-2 days ago...then something happened and i accidentally deleted it :P idk how it happened. So i'm doing this on the computer this time. :P hopefully it won't be accidentally deleted!! lol

This past weekend my family was at a home school convention- our 2nd time gonig. it was wonderful. I learned A LOT. We just got home 2 days ago but I'm still zoned out- i got used to rushing around and being overwhelmed w/ lots of info. but now we're home and it feels weird kinda relaxing again. I miss being there, learning a lot, being inspired by the speakers, and being w/ wonderful friends/interpreters. I really miss it all. Wish it wasn't only 3 days and i really wish i don't live so far away from most of my friends. :(
Eric L.udy was one of the speakers and I really liked his messages. Even tho he speaks LOUD and fast- he's really passionate about Jesus. I didn't like him at first because some things he talked about (aka "yelled") made me feel guilty, impressed, etc. LOL but now I'm looking forward to applying what I learned to my life and try to grow more in Jesus.

Now that i'm back home I'm trying to get back in swing w/ school (I know i'm behind but i'm determined/hoping to try to graduate by fall), work, and things in general.

Need prayers/support

TOO long since i've updated...sorry. :P

Just wanna give y'all a quick update- will do a real one later...right now don't have time.

I just wanna ask y'all to please pray for me. I'm trying to lose weight and so far it's going o.k. but not as well as i hoped since im not pushing myself hard enough.
Right now I set a kinda small goal- to try to lose at least 10 lbs by Easter. So prayers and any support will be appreciated!! Thanks!! :)

I'm doing good w/ school and in general.

I know this is kinda early but I don't care. I just wanna say something...

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!! AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

I hope you all will have a wonderful and blessed Christmas!!

Today is 1 year since I heard for the first time with my cochlear implant (got my cochlear implant activated) :D Wow hard to believe that!!
And it'll be my 2nd Christmas with my cochlear implant. I can notice a BIG difference in my hearing than last year.

I'm looking forward to celebrating Jesus' birthday with my family, relatives and friends on Christmas Eve and spend time at home w/ my family on Christmas day. :)
What are YOU all doing for Christmas Eve and Christmas day??

BACK!!!

HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!!!

I'm back!!!!!
IK i don't update my blog often but i miss checking other peoples blogs. I've been away for too long because i forgot my password and tried to recover it but nvr got email from the blogger. :P but i tried again today and IT WORKED!! so i'm back!! :D

Life is good. I miss being in Tennessee- I went for a week with one of my friends and her family and it was wonderful. I now know that I love the south- because of the warmer weather than the weather we're having right now. :P I know, I know it's November. But I don't mind if the snow doesn't come till December!! lol :)
I'm more of a warm weather person than cold weather. I really want to visit somewhere warm in the south during end of November to Jan or Feb and only come back for Christmas week with my family. I just really dislike the cold weather and snow, and problems that come with snow :P
better stop complaining!!

anyhow, school is ok...work is ok...still looking for another part time job so i can earn more money. but i'm trusting God. still learning...
Somewhere in the book of Jeremiah there's a verse that keeps popping up a couple of times on some friends' notes or status and in some books that I've been reading lately- that i liked but I forgot the chapter/verse :( it's something with what God said about plan for us and plan to proposer. (sp?) something like that...

I better stop rambling! LOL
