2 weeks out of town..

Hi all!

my bro Ben and I are leavin' soon to go to MI to stay with a friend for about a week just hanging out and having fun :D Prayers for safety and safe trip would be appreciated! Since I've never driven that far before so I'm pretty nervous but I know GOD IS IN CONTROL and that He will be watching over us all :)

We're going to be back home on the 23rd, hopefully...because I'm leaving for deaf camp the next day. :P so i'll be home for only 1/2 of a day on 23rd then i wont be home till the end of July.
AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

I'm excited to see my friend and hang out. And im excited/nervous about camp cuz it'll be my first time going...but I'm hoping to make new deaf friends there!! :) And learn more and grow closer (I hope) to God at camp too...I really want to learn more about God and worship Him :) :)

4th of July

Hi all!

I'm doing good- just BUSY.
This is going to be short- I just wanted to say this even though I'm kinda early. So what?? lol

June (so far) and prayer request(s)

Hi all!
June has been insanely busy for me and my family!! :P But it was a good, busy and fun month. :)
I'm doing good!
Speech therapy is going well. Hard to believe that Ben and I only have 1-3 months left :(
Also its hard to believe that I've had my Cochelar Implant for 6 months now!!! =O

School is okay but I'm still behind... :( But I'm really hoping and praying that I will finish and get caught up and graduate THIS YEAR. not next year, nor the year after. I really want to be finished with high school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm getting pretty excited- my family is going on our annual family vacation with Dad's side of relatives on the first week of July. :D It's fun and its wonderful to relax, have fun and catch up/hang out with my uncles, aunts and cousins that we only see around holidays.

So far, it looks like July is going to be pretty busy too but mostly full of fun actives and stuff like that. :D and school too...ugh. :P

I have a couple of prayer requests:
Please pray for me- i'm really hoping with God and Dad's blessing to go to a deaf camp in July- it's for deaf people and its a Christian camp. I've never gone to it before but heard of it last year but didn't go. :( but i'm really hoping to go this year, if God will let me. And it's in another state that is pretty far from where i live. And also- one small problem, if i can go is the cost...$150. But i know its a good deal- for each person at camp for a week. But i know if God will let me know, He will provide the money for me.

And please also pray for me about school- please pray that i will be able to understand math better and get caught up and reach my goal of graduating this year. Thank you!!

Gotta go- going to eat yummy homemade pizza with my family and watch "The Blind Side" :)

P.S. I watched the Blind Side...its a good movie, besides some parts that I wish they didn't do. (bad parts) but otherwise, its a good movie. :)

Hi all
life is good...it has its up and downs though
but i'm doing good just looking forward to summer :)
the weather has been hot and humid the past couple of days.
but if im swimming its ok. :) hoping to go swimming later.
its only may and it already feels like summer. i can't wait for more hot days to go swimming.
I'm really excited about June. why? because a lot of "fun" stuff is happening and i'm looking forward to it :D

Its been a while since i've updated my blog....but i doubt anyone even cares...haha. :P

Life is good/bad- it has its up and downs. :P

I'm doing great with my Cochlear Implant- still learning and have a long way to go but it's helping me more with reading lips :D Which I'm happy about.

School is O.K. but I HATE MATH!!!!!!!!!!!! I really hope to succeed in graduating sometime THIS YEAR. :-/ But we'll see...

Hearing aids

Hi!
I've been pretty busy with summer and stuff like that. A couple of weeks ago I finally have hearing aids- :D But then 3 days after I got them, I got ear infection. :P I had it for a week then finally got better and then I started wearing my hearing aids again a couple of days after ear infection went away. :) Ever since, I've been wearing them daily. :D Right now I like "listening" to music/songs on dad's boombox. (even if i can't completely understand the words and stuff like that) I just like to listen to it and the beats too. :)
I'm hoping to get some weaving done on the rugs for my family's house- I really hope to get 'em done before October or November so I can MAYBE try to make some rugs for Christmas presents. :) But we'll see what happens- especially since I'm starting my senior year today. But i'm not doing much school today since Dad and I've not found some classes for me to do at a college or online. Dad wants me to do some college classes along with my other school stuff at home. So...I hope we can find some classes I don't mind doing! LOL.
